Refund policy

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products being print-on-demand, we do not accept returns.

Refunds: We only offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Your order was lost in transit
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Proof is required for all refund requests (e.g. photo of damaged item or shipping confirmation). Please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date to raise a claim.

Custom & Personalised Posters: Custom and personalised posters are non-refundable. However, if your custom order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, we will offer a free replacement. Proof of the issue is required to process a replacement.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it for a full refund. After this period, your order will have entered production and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
