1. About Us: This website is operated by MUSIC PRINT LAB, based in Scotland, United Kingdom. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Governing Law:These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

3. Products: All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and print processes.

4. Custom & Personalised Orders: Custom and personalised orders are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as they are made specifically to your requirements. Please ensure all details provided are correct before placing your order.

5. Order Cancellations: You may cancel a non-custom order within 14 days of receiving it in line with your statutory rights. Custom orders may only be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, before production begins.

6. Pricing & Payment: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

7. Shipping & Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

8. Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of MUSIC PRINT LAB and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Scottish and UK law, Rawframe Creative shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
